Join us for an educational weekend reliving the fun and memorable moments of geology field studies as the Department of Geological Sciences hosts a field trip for alumni and friends!
We will meet near Traverse City and spend two days learning about the geology of the region, building friendships and enjoying the summer in Northern Michigan.
MSU faculty will lead this weekend event as we examine the late Wisconsin glacial deposits in the northwestern lower peninsula of Michigan, including Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore.
Everyone is welcome, so bring your family or friends, or join us and make new friends on this educational and fun-filled weekend in Northern Michigan.
